Shipping
Where do you ship? We ship within the United States only.
How long does it take? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes about 3–7 business days after that.
Why did my items arrive separately? Our products ship directly from partner brands, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
How do I track my order? You'll get tracking information by email once your order ships.
Returns
What's your return policy? You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging.
What if my item is damaged or wrong? We'll replace damaged or incorrect items free of charge. Email us with your order number and photos.
Payment
How can I pay? All payments are handled securely through Shopify checkout.
Warranty
Do products have a warranty? Yes, each product carries its manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page for details and how to make a claim.
Product use and safety
How should I use my product? Please read the manufacturer's manual before use. For jump starters and air compressors, always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions.
