Refund policy

We want you happy with your gear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email marine14670@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without asking first won't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Other returns: you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Not returnable: used or opened consumables (first-aid supplies), gift cards, and sale or clearance items unless they arrive defective.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you haven't seen it after that, check with your bank or card company first, then email us.

Exchanges: the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.
